Set-Up:Create 2 square areas as shown.
Each Player with a ball.
Players in corners #1 will dribble at each other and perform the moves below. Once the players are cleared from the middle, Players in corners #2 may start the same sequence. repeat.

3. fake & take
4. double sissors
5. flip flap
6. inside to outsie
7. your own move

Set Up: Create 2 squares approx. 15 x15
Min. 5 balls per square
Min. 4 Players per square - 2 in each corner
Instruction: Player A passes a ball to Player B. Player A then closes space to defend while Player B attempts to dribble the ball through one of the two gates. Players should switch lines after each turn. Coaches- be sure to change the order of players accordingly so they are not competeing against same player each time.
Coaching Points: Attack the defenders front foot, Change of pace/direction, positive 1st touch in the direction you want to dribble, try to attack space in behind defender, be creative and improvise.

Set-Up: Split the area into 2
3v3 +1 - Possession only
Coaching Points:
Ensure players are using skills from training session
No coaching of POP - look for players to dribble and take players on 1v1 when opportunities arise.
Ensure heads are staying up and looking for dribbling opportunities. Doesn't mean they can't pass. Area is small but they should attempt.
