⚽Practice Organization

  • A specific exercise that triggers the anerobic capacity mechanism of the players 
  • Players have to execute 2 different movements - slaloms - and cut runs
  • Players start in subgroups and execute the runs with their 90%of maximal running speed

⚽Key Coaching Points

  • Players start with the linear mannequin slaloms
  • At the end of their run they decelerate and change direction
  •  The upcoming action is the cut diagonal runs
  • All actions must be executed at maximal volition or at least 90% of maximal running speed
  • Players run until the end of the whole running structure 
  • Rest time 45'' seconds
  • 8 repetitions in total
  • The 8 repetitions are interspersed with 1' minute rest after the completion of the first 4 repetitions
