Practice design:
Organisation
- two groups of six, one in each box.
- players will number themselves 1-6 in each group.
- players will pass the ball among themselves in each box until a number is called (1-6).
- the player from each team of that number must leave his box and press the players in the other box to create a 5v1.
- the team who holds possession for the longest wins the point.
Progressions/Regressions:
1. Progression - After 10 seconds of 5v1 in each box, call out a second number to create 4v2 and make it more challenging for players in possession.
2. Progression - Call two numbers at the start.
1. Regression - increase the area size of each box to give players more space in possession.
Planned interventions:
- Coaching process to show players how to protect the all under pressure.
- Drive by to instruct player how to pass under pressure from oppoennt who is applying pressure.

Practice design:
Organisation
- 4v4 in the middle grid, with 4 players on the outside.
- Becomes 8v4 for the team in possession becuse of the outside players; they are always in possession.
- Aim is to keep possession and keep the ball for as long as possible.
- 6 passes = a point.
Progressions/Regressions:
1. Progression - 8 passes for a point instead of 6.
2. Progression - Once you have passed to a player on the outside, you swap positions with them; the first touch of the player on the outside must bring themselves into the area.
1. Regression - Increase area size to give players more space.
Planned Interventions:
- Coaching process to focus on the technique of passing.
- Fly by to give advice to a player on how to enter the box with their first touch after the second progression.

Tehnical practice - passing. (15 mins)
Practice design:
Organisation:
- three groups of four.
- each group is playing vertically.
- the two players on the outsode of each vertical line have a ball at their feet and their responsibility is to pass the ball into the players in the middle.
- the players in the middle must step off the mannequin, take a touch, and pass the ball back.
Progressions/Regressions:
1. Players must pass back using their weaker foot.
2. Players must step off the cone, take a touch with an open body shape, and pass to the opposite player instead of returning to where the pass came from.
Planned interventions:
- Coaching process when the players perform technique of passing incorrectly.
- Fly by to give instructions to players on their weight of pass, i.e. play a firmer pass to challenge the player's first touch.
