Activity:
Various patterns to switch play and cross from different angels.
Always lose mark before receiving pass.
Cross options: early (from near 18) or endline (turn the corner)
Rotation: Follow your pass
1) Lose mark, open up to receive and diagonal pass
2) Same except add combo in midfield (#6->#8->#6->#7)
3) Up-back-through (#6->#9->#8->#7)

Attacking group of 4 (#2, 7, 10, 9)
One defender starts near #9
Activity:
Attacking team works on combinations to create scoring chances. Limit to 2-3 touches to focus on combos not dribbling.
Ideas: Outside back overlap; Give and go with winger; Winger plays into 9 who lays off to 10; Up back through with #9

Intervals:
3 min work + 1 min rest x 6 reps = 24 min
Setup:
3 teams of 5/6
1 GK
5v5 in the middle with resting team on outside as neutrals
Activity:
Team in possession tries to score in big goal. Can use neutrals (play in 1-2 touch).
If defending team wins ball they must connect with high player before going to goal.
Coaching Points:
~ Move the ball to move the defense
~ Possess vs. Penetrate cues (numbers even or up; space)
~ Opposite movement in the box
