Rondo & Mvmnt (15 mins)
Setup- Mark out two 10x10 squares. 8 players at each.
Description- 5v3 rondo. In possession team is allowed to have as many as 2 players per side. Rondo 4 min, mobility 2 min, rondo 4 min, stability 2 min.

Position Play (20 mins)
Setup- Mark out two areas as large as possible. 8 players at each.
Description- 3v3 +2. Attacking team plays 1 in area and 1 on each side. Defending team plays 3 in the area. When defending team wins the ball, pass to a neutral then transition (1 player stays in, 2 others become wide).

Training Game (20 mins)
Setup- Mark out two areas as large as space allows. 8 players at each. Small goal at each end.
Description- 4v4 small sided games. Teams play in a diamond shape. Players must retrieve balls played out while opposing team play a new ball in. Each game is two 4 min half, then rotate for next game.
