Instructions:
- Play starts when attacking player (B) in the middle checks to a side, Player (C) moves to the opposite side of the grid. Player A plays a short-short pass with Player B before playing long to Player (C).
- On Player C's 1st touch, Player A comes out to defend Player C
- Player C dribbles at Player A while Player B slides/moves into a positon of support
- Player C plays a give/go with Player B
- Player Rotation: Player A to Player B, Player B to Player C, Player C to Player A
Coaching Points:
- Player C must commit Player A in order to get space behind
- Timing of the give/go with Player B
- Disguised pass from Player C (outside of nearest foot)
- Player B playing ball back in behind with back foot

Instructions:
- Players are restricted to a 4-2 out of their half.
- If players can combine with their 2 target forwards, they can join in the attacking half.
Coaching Points:
- Look to find and attack 1v1 or 2v1 situations
- Off the ball movement
- Shoot when opportunity arises
- Find target player early
- Speed of play

Instructions:
- Regular match
Coaching Points:
- Observation of GK and target to choose striking surface.
- Ball out of feet at an angle (2 o'clock or 10 o'clock) after move for correct observation and apporach.
- Plant foot, hips and shooting foot aimed at target at point of contact.
- Land on striking foot.
