G1 & G2 start at same time and both following opposite pattern. Train-Group formation.
Alternating Laps - Groups run forward to cone, then Lateral Shuffle to next row. Backwards Shuffle through cones, Lateral Shuffle then Forward Leg Swings up the Centre. Lateral Shuffle to next row of cones then Forward Shuffle through cones into Jumping Headers back to opposite Start Position.
