5v3 Rondos
- 4 Attacking players on the outside of the square
- 1 Attacking player in the square with 3 defenders
- 1 minute games, must possess the ball as long as possible
- If defenders win the ball, quickly dribble to the outside of the square
Coaching Points:
1) Blind side runs in order to create half turns or full turns to switch point of attack
2) Movement from outside players in order to create passing lanes
3) Split, go around (to split) or play backwards

Size?: 50 yds wide X 40 yds long
- Ball is played into the attacking team (red), who is looking to score on the full size goal
- Defensive team (Blue) is looking to win the ball and dribble through the attacking goals
** Ball starts from the coach for all restarts**
Coaching Points:
1) #7 and #11 should create width, while #6/#8 and #9 create the depth
2) Mobility off the ball will help create the combinations in order to create scoring chances

1v1+Targets (Blind Side) (10 mins)
Area: 15x15
Play for 30 seconds and switch roles
- Initially one attacker working against defender then switch roles
- Switch roles with outsides and repeat
PROGRESS:
- It's a game - player without ball at time owes something (push-ups, etc.)
Things to look for: Are players aware of the space they create (in front, behind, etc.)? Do they recognize blind side positioning/movement? Are they able to play forward?
NOTE: if missing players, a pugg goal can be used on one side of the grid.
