1v1+Targets (Blind Side) (10 mins)

Area: 15x15

Play for 30 seconds and switch roles

- Initially one attacker working against defender then switch roles

- Switch roles with outsides and repeat

PROGRESS:

- It's a game - player without ball at time owes something (push-ups, etc.)

Things to look for: Are players aware of the space they create (in front, behind, etc.)? Do they recognize blind side positioning/movement? Are they able to play forward?

NOTE: if missing players, a pugg goal can be used on one side of the grid.
