4 v 2 + Goalie

Keeper distributes ball to attacking players. Players must recieve the ball outside of coned area.

Once under control, players must pass two to three times before the ball is passed into one of the araea outlined by cones. The area in the cones is a free zone and they cannot be defended against. The zone area signified by the yellow cones is the area that the ball must be crossed from.

The poles are zones where the attacking players must occupy (far, middle, and short.

The poles also signify the zones that the defenders must manage. The defenders occupy the short pass and the long pass, while the goalie manages the middle.

Key points: Cross the ball in the air with a goal of settling the ball to their feet or a short pass to a teammate.
