Overload Possession - Regaining and Retaining
3 teams of 5 players in different colours. 2 of the teams keep possession from one team until the ball is won back. The colour of the team giving the ball away then have to win the ball back off the other 2 teams.
In this example Reds and Yellows are keeping possession from the Blue team. Blues have to work hard to win the ball back. If Blues win the ball back off yellow, then yellows are in the middle against reds and blues.
Make sure the ball does not stop moving. If the ball goes out of the square, Player takes ball on the edge and has to be back in play within 3 seconds.
