Organization:
1. 20 x 20 yard area setup as shown
2. One ball per player
Instructions:
1. Coach will demonstrate the move at game speed then broken down for players to see.
2. Players dribble ball around area using other players as mock defenders, practicing the move with their right foot then their left.
3. Coach will allow players to work for an allotted amount of time then move on to the next move.
Coaching Points:
Dribbling - Roll
1. Take the ball inside the opponents tackling radius
2. Drag the ball across the body with sole of the foot
3. Take the ball past the defender with inside of the opposite foot
Dribbling - Push And Run
1. Dribble straight at the defender
2. Push the ball one side of the opponent with outside of the foot
3. Run round the opposite side and collect the ball
Dribbling - Scissors
1. Move the foot around the front of the ball finishing on the outside of the ball
2. Drop the shoulder as the foot plants
3. Take the ball away using the outside of the opposite foot
Progression:
1. Take away half of the balls and allow players to apply pressure

Organization:
1. 10 x 10 Grid (based on ability level)
2. Divide players into 2 groups
3. Cones for goals and dribbling obstacles
Instructions:
1. Players A dribbles ball thru cones using a surface of the foot (toe touches, foundations, etc..) (as shown above)
2. Then dribbles in a figure 8 (as shown above)
3. Performs a Pull and Push move to change direction (or the letter V).
4. Dribbles with the outside of the foot around the cone.
5. Dribbles 1 v 1 attacking the player standing in the 4 red cones (goal). If the defender stops the ball he/she then gets the ball and goes back to the end of the line. (rotate the defender each time).
Coaches Points:
1. Make sure players are using proper technic when dribbling.
2. Small, Soft, Touches and keep the ball close to body
3. Head Up and spot your next target (what obstacle is next).
Progression:
1. Have a player from the opposite team be the defender.
2. Make the defender stay inbetween the cones until he defend and stops the attacker.
3. 1st team to dribble thru goal/cones 7 times is the winner

Organization:
1. 20x20 grid set up as shown (grid size is based on ability and size of players)
2. Separate players into two teams
3. Collection of balls
Instructions:
1. Coach plays the ball into attacking team.
2. Attacking player receives the ball and tries to score
3. Defending player steps onto the pitch ones the ball is received by the attacking player.
4. If defender wins the ball they try to score.
5. Play is concluded once the ball is out of play or a goal has been scored.
6. Players continue this rotation for an allotted amount of time or reps. Once completed, teams switch sides and begin playing again.
Coaching Points:
1. Commit defender
2. Knowing when to hold, dribble and when to run with the ball
3. Observe the body position of the defender
4. If side on attack the front foot
5. If square push the ball past and accelerate
6. Timing and execution of moves to beat defender
7. Cut into space behind defending player once beaten
8. Play at speed

Warm Up Game
Organization:
1. 15 x 15 Circle
2. 1 ball per player
Instructions:
1. Each player dribbles in the circle to protect their ball from other players.
2. The coach walks around in the circle making sure each player takes small, soft, quick touches on the ball. Keeping it close to their body to protect it.
3. Coach calls out "KNOCKOUT" and each player will try to kick the other players ball out of the circle to win the game.
4. If your ball get knocked out of the circle you must preform a series of touches to get back in (like 7 touches, 5 pull and push, 7 windsheild wipers, etc..)
Coaches Points:
1. Every step should be a touch on the ball.
2. Keep ball close to body.
3. Body position to protect ball.
4. Encourage contact with other players so they get use to game like situations.
5. Head Up!
6. Have Fun!
Progression:
1. Have 1 player start with out a ball to knockout ball
