Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): WJSW (Walk, Jog, Sprint, Walk)
Description
Set up 4 equal sections - this can be anywhere from 20 - 30 yards. The entire length should be the width of a soccer field but can be adjusted to suit your space.
Start on one end
Walk until you reach the second section
Jog until you reach the third section
Sprint until you reach the fourth section
Walk until you reach the end of the fourth section
Turn around immediately and continue on the same pattern
Perform for 10 minutes+ without stopping. Adjust as needed.
