SSG 5v5 6v6, 7v7, with Goal Keepers depending on numbers.
Teams are given numbers 1-8
1 coach per field 1-4 coaches stay on that field and teams rotate through.
Coaches must attempt to score each player 1-5 1=needs improvement, 5=exceptional
Teams rotate as follows:
even number teams stay on designated fields
odd number teams rotate clockwise. 12 minute games. First full rotation, each coach will score even number teams players, 2nd rotation coaches score players on odd number teams. Kids who "catch the eye" write down their number and brief comment on a different sheet. e.g - evaluating team 2 and you notice a stand out player on team 3, write down # and comment, then when its time to evaluate team 3 compare to the comment written to come up with the score for that player.
