Explanation
Start with possession within middle area. Minimum of 3 passes before entering the end zones to score once players get into attacking zone they can score in small goal.
Once a goal has been scored or the ball goes dead the coach starts from the side in the middle area.
Players to make good decisions whether to shoot early or pass in the final third.
Coaching Points:
When to pass when to dribble.
Good first touch.
When to make runs and when to stand still.
Keeping head up
Receive on the back foot.
If in end zone, do I finish first time or do I pass. (depending on defenders).

4 x 90 seconds anticlockwise.
Explanation.
Quick passing practice:
1 passes to 2 and follows pass.
2 passes to 3 and follows pass.
3 passes to 1a and sprints through gate as shown and joins the queue.
This is repeated in opposite end. players to work in unison.
Every pass is between 12-15 yards.
Getting the pass played repetitively so it becomes second nature.
1.Will play 2 touch all over for 90 seconds clockwise .
2.Then 1 touch for cone 3 and 3a. All other players still on 2 touch. Clockwise
Repeat 1 and 2 in anticlockwise direction.

Which part of foot does player use.
