Organisation:
-3 Servers, 1 GK working
Activity:
-Server 1 delivers a cross into the are
-GK then rolls to server 2 who touches and passes to server 3
-Server 3 takes their touch to the byline to replicate a cutback
-Server 3 can mix their service up to make it match realistic
Progression- Add a defender if we have an extra player
Coaching Points:
-See previous slide for crossing coaching points
-For the header back across goal:
-Positioning in goal from GK- GK doesn't go past near post
-Body shape- Nice open body position
-If GK shouts away they must drop back into goal ready for shot from server 3
