Rules and Conditions
Target Players at each end of the area. Play 2v2 inside the area. Target play to distribute (hands) to possession team, team to try and get behind defense to play into opposite TP. If Defenders win the ball, they play to TP and become possession team.

- Get in line with the ball
Use body to close out defender

- Angles and distances of support

- Two defenders staying closer together.

Set Up
Half Field. End zone 10 yards deep in each half. Mark out half line.
Rules and Conditions
Defending team gets a point if they can play into or win the ball in the opponent's end zone. All players must be in the opponents half when their team win the ball or take the ball into the end zone.
Coaching Points
Challenge for the ball
- Prevent ball from going past
- Keep opponent facing their own goal
Recover into cover positions as quickly as possible.
Track runners and get inside to force the second ball wide.
Midfielders to drop to pick up second ball in front of defense.
