Scoring: 1 through ball equals 1 point for each end area team. Winner stays offense, loser moves to defense.

Attacking team goes to goal. Attacking must play the ball into attacking area within 5 passes. Defensive team focus on forcing play to the middle to create areas to win the ball. As the ball is won, can we play forward quickly? Do we need to keep the ball to give our players a chance to get forward? Can we switch the ball to the weak side away from the press? As defense plays the ball out, no defender can play behind the cones. Must move forward up the field to counter.
Progress to scrimmage/free time.
CPs: Escaping the press and creating opportunities to penetrate with the counter. .
