Set up as shown and sort players in groups of 14 - 16. Passing and Receiving as well as combinations.
In the patten players will follow their respective pass as in player A passes to player B who provides a wall pass to player A who passes to player C who receives and passes to player A to start sequence on the other side.
Players A will take player B Spot and player B will take player C Spot. Player C from other side will take Player A Spot as well as player C who gets passwill continue to A.
Go one direction and then switch the other way. Once sucessful on a few repetitions can add a overlap as in Player A passes to player B who receives a ball ball on a wall pass and player B overlaps and passes to player C.

A) top player passes to wide play, wide player plays it to target player who then lays is back to top of the box to top player to shoot.
B) top player plays it to wide player and get a wall pass back then top player plays it to target player that lays it to the wide player that overlaps and get a shot.

Finish with Goals in Tight
No Goalies:
must be a 1 touch finish
Rotate in Goal/out wide as crosser/as target/on field
full game= everyone has been on field
3v3 on field, plus 2 crossers + a target

Must play through target player that has 1 touch and score within 2 touches.

In this stage we have a conditional game where players must stay in their zone however if you dribble forward you're able to advance into the final third. Once in the final third it's important we get the shot away quickly before getting closed down. See in the diagram how the #11 is driving in the box and dragging their defender across, here the winger should look to pass into the #9 who should shoot quickly before the defender can recover.
Progression: Reduce the size of the final third, this will decrease the amount of time and space the attack will have.

Organization: Groups of three players rotating positions, Five cones, One ball.
Grid: 15 yds, 25 yds, 40 yds.
Instructions:
1. Player A passes the ball to player B and move to cone#6.
2. Player B controls the ball, pass it back toward cone#6, and run towards cone#2.
3. Player A meets the ball at cone #6 and passes it back to player B towards cone#2.
4. Player A moves to cone#1.
5. Player B meets the ball at cone#2, passes it to player C, and run towards cone#3.
6. Players C controls the ball, pass it back towards cone #3, and run towards cone#5.
7. Player B meets the ball at cone#3 and passes it back to player C towards cone#5, and move to cone#4.
8. Player C repeats on player A & B passing and movement.
Coaching Points: Accuracy, weight of pass, close control, first touch, movment to space.
