Technical w/ pressurizing defenders. Play into target player and immediately put him under pressure. Defender must make body or arm contact for 2 seconds before attacker twists & turns away
Instruction points :
- receive side-on then protect (Receive)
- quick double movements to get defender off balanced (Retain)
- dribble quickly away with furthest foot (Release)

1v1+2 in 10 by 12 grids. 4 grids to accomodate 16 players. Score points by playing from target to target. Play 90 seconds & rotate 2 on inside. Rest 1 min in between 2 game series, then winners play each other & losers play each other. Top player moves up, bottom player moves down. 1 point for promotion, 1 point for remaining in top grid.
Instruction points :
- get defender off balanced by using a "bait" 1st touch
- face forward as quickly as possible
- dismarking might take double or triple movements

Technical (15 mins)
Technical - groups of 3 or 4.. Start by dribbling the ball toward target and passing after thrugh the central gate. Target bounces ball back and player performs a touch turn to accelerate outside of the cone and play it back to start. Rotate targets quickly each once, then race. Ball & player have to get back to starting position 6 times.
Turns - inside of right & left, outside of right & left, then a touch in one direction & then a change of direction (step over, Cryuff etc).
Instruction points :
- everything done at game intensity
- deceptive quick step towards the ball before touch turns
- dribble with furthest foot after turning (safe side)
