Organization: In the area 50 m by 30 m with 10 by 10 m box in the middle. 4 groups of players 2 keepers 2 goals.
2 player from one side sprints around the box in the middle to receive the ball from the coach in the middle. First player to the ball shooting the ball on goal. Second - trying to defend to win the ball and play it back to the coach.
Players on the other side can do the same in parallel.
Key points:
Speed of the sprinting;
Striking technique: laces, follow through, lock knee and ankle, over the ball ;
Cutting off the path to the ball.
Shielding the ball.

Ball is played by player A to striker B. Defender C must sprint to close down space to defend against striker. A must run to support attack 2v1. Defender if/when wins the ball tries to score in the small goal.(Use big goal if you have 2 keepers).
Coaching points:
- striking technique;
- Aggressive mentality - attack the goal, take space inside towards the goal;
- Strike across the goal, be alert for rebound.
- Make decision to strike or to pass.
Progression:
Use supporting player for attacking team.

When defender wins the ball second player must sprint to support counterattack. Striker that lost possession must overlap the cone outside, before he can start defending.
(Use big goal if you have 2 keepers or combination of small goals if only one keeper).

- Strike across the goal, be alert for rebound.
- Quick transition to play forward.

Organization: 30 by 50 playing area is divided into 3 zones 10 by 30 on each side and central zone 30 by 30 divided into 4 zones. players play 4v4 inside 1v1 in each box. 4 players outside - support players. 2 keepers playing in the zone 30 by 10 m. Add jokers if needed.
Objective of the game is to play possession 4v4 plus 4. outside players can use only 2 touch.
Progression:
Directional play - team can attack the goal when managed to play the ball from the keeper to attacking group.
Coaching Points:
- Ability to play 1v1
- Accuracy in the passing technique;
- Support, awareness who to support and where to turn to play the ball next.
4 intervals 4 min with 1 min stoppage.
