Organization:
2 12X12 Squares
2 Teams of 4 with 2 players on each team on the outside of grid.
2v2 inside square +2 of your team on outside
4 X 4 minute rotations
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
Points awarded for connecting from one end man to another.
Progression - must connect through player in middle zone
Touch limitation progressions - 1-2 touch based on inside or outside
Points awarded for 3 repeating passes - moving the opponent.
Key Points:
How to play through, around or over the opponent
Move the ball to find the free man
Body shape when receiving centrally
Weight and direction of the pass to lead the receiver
