A, Corner Tacker, in-swinging

B, Supporting the corner taker looking to take the ball short, If not when corner is taken moves inside to a central position.

C, Is the trigger for movement and for player 1 to play the ball in. Movement is from 18 yard box to 6 yards box, inline with the post.

D, Attacks the middle of the goal from back /center of 18 to the middle center of the 6 yard box

E, Arks his run round to the back of the 6 yard, this is in case the ball is over hit.

F, Starting position is in line with the back post 12 yards out attacking the middles of the goal.

G, Starting position is around the pen spot attacking inside the front post area.

H, Is top of the defensive triangle. If the opposition leave 2 up drop deeper if only 1 move forward to become an option at the edge.
