Set up: In an area of 20 by 30 yards marked with cones have 2 mini goals, one in each side, 4 poles in the middle of the grid, and balls
Activity: The play starts with player A passing to player B who lays off the ball to player C, meanwhile player A attacks the space, and the player C passes the ball to find player A outside to finish to the mini goal
Coaching points: Passing accuracy. Movement on and off the ball. Communication verbal and non verbal

Set up: In an area of 40 by 30 yards marked with cones have a goal and two mini goals on the other side of the Field and a set of cones determining the shooting zone 10 yards from the goal. Have 2 teams in different color penny shirts, a goalkeeper
Activity: The play starts with player A passing to player B, meanwhile player C pass outside for a cross to the area. When the ball starts 2 defenders come in to play and defend the goal, if they tackle and win the ball they can score in the mini goals. The team in the attack gets 1 point for goals inside the shooting zone, and 2 points for goals outside. The defending team receive 2 points for goals in the minigoal. Keep scores to be competitive
