FIELD DIMENSIONS: 15 x 12 yards (4x7x4)
TOTAL PLAYERS: 8-10 per group.
TIME: 15 Minutes. Ratio: 2 minutes / 30 seconds (x6) - Per Activity
ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
3v3 in central zone with target(s) either end zone. Team in possession aim to transfer the ball from one target player to the other (= 1 point). Yellow Targets play for team in possession.
Ball must go through central zone / Attacking player must touch ball prior to switching end zones.
- Receive on back foot and play to other target.
- Pass to attract - Target can play first time to other target if ball is set back by attacking player from central zone.
Progression:
1 pass in middle zone before playing to opposite side or laying it off
Guided Questions:
1. Movement - timing, speed, distance, angles
2. Turn vs play backwards
3. Pass to attract.

Combination Passing Pattern:
1. A plays B who lays it back off to A. A plays C checks at the right time in front of mannequin.
B has option to go in behind or across body of C, if B does that then C gets out make run down the line. B has option to go to goal or lay off to C in space.
2. A pays B who either receives hips open, which triggers overlap from A. B can play C to feet, in space or play overlapper B. If B lays off original ball to A, A will play C who checks off mannequin, they can turn and beat mannequin or lay it off to B underneath or in space.

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:
Ball starts with Red (#'s) GK. #'s aim to find a player in end zone prior to scoring in mini goal. Blue team score in large goal.
- score in small goals or stop ball on line. Must complete one pass in A3 zone for goal to count
- score by completing 5 passes past yellow line.
- Build up team needs to be above yellow line for goal to count

1v1 / Ball Mastery: Players dribble towards each other, perform move (to right), dribble / take-over with next player in line. (4/5 times - then perform action to left).
