Set up as shown - players set up to play 2 v 2 in the middle with coach serving.
coach serves ball in to attacking team with aerial throw, team in possession look to score.
change type of service, start position and add defenders to serve.
Attacking team can serve from throw in
Can add bonus goals if an aerial assist/goal is scored

Set up three teams - two play scrimmage with one serving on outside.
team must score by playing the ball to the outside players to play a throw in
play for time limit or first team to score.

Technical Warm Up: (20 mins)
Set up players into small groups of 3 or 4. Players pass and move in competitive environment with stretches and challenges added.
Progress to players passing the ball with under arm throw, player must receive the ball and pass to open player then make a new movement.
Focus on receiving: inside/outside/thigh/chest and progress to volleys
Change service type to throw ins/baseball throw/bounce etc
