Activity 1: Player A plays in to B. As ball is moving C is moving up to receive pass back from B. C then plays a through ball into space in the corner that A is running on to. After laying off to C, Player B takes a looping diagonal run inside to receive a cross from A. C takes B's spot and play cycles with next players.
Activity 2: Player A plays in to B. As ball is moving C is sliding to create space from defender. Player A moves forward to receive pass back from B. B then looks to play through ball to C who is angling in on a run to finish . After laying off to C, Player B takes a looping diagonal run inside to receive a cross from A. after, A takes B place, B takes C and starts over.

Setup: Half field one small net at bottom of half circle, collection of balls. line of cones marking off defensive 3rd into segments as shown.
Iniitally: 6 defenders and a keeper (4 back line, 2 holding mids). 6attackers (2 strikers, 2 central mid and 2 wide wing players. servers beside small net at circle.
Activity. On coaches say, one of the servers plays ball into any one of the attackers beyond the line of cones. Atackers attempt to penetrate and score. Defenders work together to win ball. If successful, outlet to small net.

Warmup Pass and Move (10 mins)
Set Up as shown.
Player A,1 and 2 all start with a ball.
Cycle begins with A who passes to B. As soon as A passes, she jogs towards player 1. Player 1 plays a pass in to A and jogs to end of line B. Player A one touches to the next player in line 1 and proceeds to the back of that line.
Meanwhile, once player B received the initial pass from A, they play a pass to the next person in line at A and then jog towards player in line 2. Player 2 plays B a pass then jogs to the back of line A, player B one touches to the next player in line 2 and proceeds to the back of line A.
Note: Passes going between line A and B are 2 touch. Passes in centre from 1 to A and 2 to B are one touch.
