LACES:
Two players are facing each other 3 yards apart, standing on the cones. One player with the ball in his/ her hands will toss the ball to their partner who will shuffle to the right side of the cone and perform a half volley, hitting the ball before it hits the ground with the laces and then shuffle to the left side of the cones and do the same thing with their left foot. Repeat 10 times each foot and then switch .

THIGH INSIDE OF FOOT:
Two players are facing each other 3 yards apart, standing on the cones. One player with the ball in his/ her hands will toss the ball to their partner who will shuffle to the right side of the cone and settle the ball with their thigh before it hits the ground and pass back with the inside of the foot, then shuffle to the left side of the cones and do the same thing with their left foot. Repeat 10 times each foot and then switch .
