Push out: drag, push pass, or sweep the ball to the top

Top of the circle: if anyone wants to work on their stick stopping, stick stop on the corners! Otherwise, just have 2 people ready to receive, touch the ball into the circle, and shoot

Tippers: run in as fast as you can with your sticks on the ground 

Backup: waiting in case the ball is mistrapped at the top of the circle

3 remaining players: stagger along the 50m line and in our defensive line, ready in case the ball turns over
