Method:
Passing and finishing exercise. Players always follow their pass until they are the player that sets the shot. That last player joins the back of the blue que and vis versa. Follow 1-9 pattern until you shot at S. The player that shoots take the place of the CF that sets. Continues cycle of players moving on a position.
Coaching Points:
Good pace on the passes, good first touch and sets, communication between players. Good finish/ shot.

Method:
Shooting exercise where quick passing combinations allow midfield coming through to shot from the edge of the box. Player A shoots in this example, B follows in the shot, C and D switch position.

Quick sharp combination play, good end product. Angle of runs. Timing of pass, Communication

Method:
11v11 game situation where the red team are looking to implement combinations from previous sessions. Quick passing and good movement and decision making in and around the box leading to goal scoring opportunities.
Coaching Points:
Clever movement off the ball, well weighted passes and combinations. Good decision making, bravery to take on the shot. Hit the target. CF good link up play with back to goal. Find CF feet early. Runners left and right off the CF.

Method:
Warm up exercise that allows slow build up in intensity, from light jog to dynamic, to sharper movements to introducing a football. On the call reds swap position with blues while doing coach demoed exercise.
Coaching Points:
Jog, Knees up, leg over gate, knees to chest, leg into out, skip, dynamic jumps, side shuffle, hamstring movement, squats, lunges etc. Build up pace and finish with explosive sprint swap, when coach claps. Introduce the football. Pass, dribble, 1 touch 2 touch, header, half volley, chest etc.
