This is a drill comprised of 3 attacking scenarios in one rotation and then the rotation is over. 1st attacking scenario is the player will dribble in from the wing and have a shot. They will then turn around and be ready to receive the ball for a one-two pass and the person who receives the one-two pass will then have a shot. Finally the third attacking scenario is when the player on the opposite wing travels down the wing and then crosses the ball for the two arriving players who were previously in the other two attacking scenario. After the third attacking scenario, the drill is over and each player will then move along a station to a different attacking scenario. The progression for this drill is to gradually add obstacles into the drill, this could be in the form of a mannequin for the 1st shot and delivering the ball in the 3rd attacking scenario. The ultimate aim of this drill is to make it look like a real game situation for each attacking scenario and this will be done by adding defenders into the drill so that the attacking players are opposed and therefore it is more game realistic. Success for this drill is when the attacking side are consistently scoring against the defending side in all 3 attacking scenarios. This drill can be mirrored so both side of the pitch can see all three attacking scenarios.
