Pattern 1 - Receive and Turn
Player #1 starts the practice by playing the ball into one of the two center backs (#4 or #5).
The center back then opens up and look to play forward into the center midfielder (#6) who check in on an angle to receive and play forward into the #11 or #7.
The wide players (#7 or #11) receive the ball and look to finish in the goal as quickly as possible.
Rotate positions by following your pass to the next position.
Pattern 2 - Switch through the back
Player #1 plays into one of the two center backs who once again look to play into the center midfielder (#6) who checks in to receive the ball.
The center midfielder then plays the ball in to the opposite center back on the other side of the pitch.
That center back then plays the ball into their strong side wide player to their feet or space before they finish in the mini goal.
Pattern 3 - Short, short, long.
Player #1 plays into one of the two center backs who receives and plays forward into their center midfielder (#6) who has checked into space on the angle.
The center midfielder plays back into the same center back with a one touch pass for them to play a longer ball into one of the two wide players who then finish in the mini goals.
