Small Sided Games:
Pitch One: 4 Gates:
Players must dribble through either of the gates to score
Ball must be under control for the goal to count
Bonus goals for performing skills through the gate (Scissors, Maradona, Stop/Go)
Pitch Two: 3 Cones
Players must knock down any of the 3 cones to score a goal. If they knock down 2 or 3 they get that amount of goals.
On both pitches we are looking for space all the time and a combination of good skill and controlled finishing.

1v1 to 3v3:
Red players start with the ball and on coaches call play pass across to the blue player.
Blue player receives pass and tries to score in the goal facing them. As soon as they score they can go and help either team mate. If the red player scores they steal the point.
As soon as all 3 goals are scored the coach throws in 1 ball to the blue team to initiate a 3v3, they can now score in any of the three goals opposite, again if the red team win the ball and score they can now also score in any of the 3 goals opposite to steal the point.
Blue players now start by playing the pass !
Focus on weight of pass, receiving the ball, closing and attacking space.
When game changes from 1v1 to 3v3 can we find space, keep the ball and use 1v1 skills to beat the opposition player in correct areas of the pitch !
