Screen 2 (Skill Practice):
This is a 2v1 drill where the players will be competing against each other. A player from the defending team will pass the ball to the opposing team which will then have a 2v1 versus the defender to score a goal whether that is to pass their way past or for an attacker to take on the defender. They will be ask to switch roles after the allowed time which then means that the attackers become defenders and the defenders become attackers. I will be keeping count of which teams scores the most goals to add a bit of competition to the drill.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):if they are finding it to easy I may increase the number of players to make it a 3v2 instead of a 2v1

Screen 3 (Small sided game): This is a small sided 3v3 game where they will start by playing normal where the aim is to just score, they will be allowed to use the players on the outside of the grid to help the team in possession have an overload. I will then be adding rules as I go along, such as, if they complete 10 pass then score it will count as 2 goals or I may say that they can only score a 1 touch finish as there are no goalkeepers which will stop then just shooting from anywhere and have to pass their way around the opposing team to score

Screen 1 shows the warm up (Technical Practice): (Split into groups of three)
Starting off with a simple warm up passing drill, the player in the middle will receive the ball take a touch, turn then pass the ball to the opposite side, he will again receive the ball back from who he past to take a touch, turn and pass the ball to the opposite side again. They will keep repeating that for the allotted time I will give, then the players will be asked to switch the player in the middle then the drill will be repeated again.
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): If the player in the middle finds it to easy I would restrict him to 2 touches before making the pass
