3 teams of 4
Each team in their own grid, middle is the defensive grid.

Instructions:

Each team MUST stay in their own grid.
Ball begins with the blue or yellow team on attack.
Teams on outside must connect the ball to the opposite end for a point.
Defensive team (yellow) prevent team from getting ball across.
Yellow get 2 points if they retain possession and pass to other side.

When does defense play deep? When do we press?

Corners of field cut off ( out of bounds)
Width is coned off ( 2 touches max in here)
2 mini goals at top pf box(width)
2 mini counter goals

Instructions:

Red begins play to goal, scoring on big net.
Yellow wants to keep the middle shut off and begin a possession.
Full size goal 2 points. Mini goals 1 point.
Only two touches for red in wide areas.

Unlimited touches in wide areas. Encourage Offense to play freely.
