Two teams. Have a zone in between and a odd number if balls (ex, if have 6 players, have 7 balls)

Start with balls in center with both teams having to sprint to get to them on coaches command. All balls in neutral area are open for either team to get. 

Players attempt to keep no balls in their zone by striking balls over into the other zone

Play for time. The team with the fewest balls in their zone wins
