Organization:
2 areas approx. 14x20yds. Each area split down middle of field to create halves. Groups of 3 set up with 2 players on end line and 1 player in middle.
Instructions: (Wave practice).
A passes into B who touches inside. A overlaps B and receives lead pass from B. A scores into goal before rotating to opposite side and working back down the field.
Coaching Points:
Quality of pass.
Receive back foot, touch inside (create space for overlap).
Shape/Speed/Timing of run.
Quality of lead pass (allow A to take in his/her stride).

Organization:
Same as unopposed activity. Defender added in front of goal as per diagram.
Instructions:
A plays into B. As ball travels, defender applies passive pressure to B. A overlaps B and receives lead pass down the line. A scores in goal.
Rotation: Defender-B-A.
Coaching Points:
Pressure arrives early: Touch inside and pass behind.
Pressure arrives late: Play down outside of defender.

Organization:
Same as Semi-Opposed. Gate added as defenders start position and counter-gate added on end line as per diagram.
Instructions:
Same activity as semi-opposed. Defender is now fully opposed. If defender wins possession, dribble through counter-gate within 3 seconds to gain a bonus point.
Defenders start gate also acts as alternate scoring method for attacking team as player B can dribble inside through gate for 1 point. Scoring in goal gives attacking team 2 points.
Coaching Points:
Can B attack defender to commit?
Option 1: Combine with A and play to goal.
Option 2a: Move inside of defender and combine to goal.
Option 2b: Move inside of defender (scissor) and play to gate.
Option 3: Hold width. A makes underlapping run.

Organization:
2 teams start opposite to each other. Yellow and Blue gate for each team to attack and red cones can be used for 'ladder'.
Instructions:
Upon coaches command, players race through ladder (singles, doubles, shuffle). As players approach the end of the ladder, A will race throught either gate to gain 1 point while B tries to tag them for 1 point.
Coaching Points:
Change of speed/direction.
Plant on outside foot to generate power in/out of change of direction.
Bend knees and hips.
