Instructions:

-Set up a 12x12 box with a smaller 4x4 box in the middle.

-The four players around the outside look to keep the ball from the reds in the middle, and when the right opportunity to pass to their teammate in the middle box opens up they find him.

-The three defenders in the middle look to rotate around stopping the other team from passing into the box player.

-If they win the ball in the middle, look to play 3v1 with the box player.

If the box player wins the ball back, then return to playing the 5v3.

-Keep rotating the the outside players with the defenders in the middle.

Coaching Points:

-Outside players stay on the outside of the box, move laterally along the lines to show for a pass.
