Defence vs Attack

On a regain Blues need to shoot in the first 10 seconds 

Pattern 1- CB to FB slide down the line CM underneath

Pattern 2- CB step into to break line to Winger, CM underneath

Pattern 3- FB roll in Winger drop lower

Pattern 4- Skip the lines bounce back to CB or GK

 Block 1 - Blues high Press 

 Block 2 - Drop off 

Block 3 - Choose their own press

Then change sides and repeat
