Technical passing from 4-5 to 2 or 3 then find 6 to 10 that drops to 8 (fwd/back/thru) to oppposite 2/3(switching)....that quickly goes into a thru pass to 9 or combo give n go with 9 (5min)

Situational - from a switch can we go faster into attack and look for the 1v0 and get behind.
1st ball is out to the 2/3 who touches to 8 then play begins 3v2 (2/8/10 vs 5/3). Must get behind the last line and serve ball into the 1v1 box.
2nd ball is switched in the air to the 2/3 then 3v2 commences. 2/3 can pass to anyone for any combo (ie 1-2, 1-3s, underlap, overlaps) can even use 9 but if so...someone must get into the box for the cross (ie 10 or 8)
3rd ball air ground to 9 directly who must trap and lay off to the 10 then its 4v3

1. Activation - Dynamic movements (3min)
2. Two groups - while each is passing and moving 1 touch in a rondo with no one in middle each group sends 1-2 players who do the exercise in the middle 2x. After each player has gone the group keeps passing it 1 touch and advances to the following exercise.

3. Divide into 4 groups. Protect one in the middle and Send one to another group to try to tag a player being protected by the other group. 30sec to see how many tags you can get. After 30 sec coach will whistle and sprint to your group. Progress: Put ball in middle/rondo
