Creating pockets of space- Always receive the ball at an angle and opposite the player in possession. No linear passing.
In and out runs- making sure you are aware of where the space is. Double movements away from marker. Movement offf the ball to either receive position or act as decoy to give player in possession more time.
Awareness- of where space is, where your teammate is and where the defedners are. Constantly twitching.

Session Explanation
Follow your pass. A pass to B and B to C- C then dribbles back to cone A and the sequence begins again
Progressions
Player C passes the ball instead of dribbling to player A
Go opposite direction.
Touch limit- 2 touch
Number 2 on diagram- Two players on cone A to begin- A passes to B. B sets A who then plays to C. then dribbles back to cone and the sequence begins again. A goes to B, B to C and C to A.
Can progress to passing and rotating around the area.

Session Explanation
Rondo- 4 v 1- 4 players pass the ball to each other and the defender has to try to win the ball. If the defender wins the ball they swap with person in the middle.
Person has to move when they've played pass. Can't stay in the same position.
Adjust area size if groups find it too easy or too hard
Progression
Two touch
3 v 2 in the middle.
Play 2 v 2 with neutral player to the two coned goals.Have to combine with neutral player. Focus on neutral players movement to create space.

Session Explanation
Aim of the game is to use the wide players and score a goal. When you play the ball to the wide player you must rotate with that player
Teams can score in both goals to begin
Progressions
Work on overlaps- As wide man comes into the area player who played the pass goes on the outside. Player in the middle can use overlap or use it as a decoy.
Can only score in one goal.

6 v 6- set teams up in a 1-2-2-1 formation.
Session Explanation
Players have to make atleast 4 passes before scoring a goal. Working on rotation.
Then free play.

Every group has a ball
2 cones either side with a pole in the middle.
Session Explanation
Box taps to the pole and then dribble to the top cone before passing the ball for the next person to go from the top cone. On the way back do dynamic stretches.
Progressions
Toe taps forwards to the pole and then backward toe taps to the top.
Sole roles right foot to the first pole and then left foot to the next. Sprint back. Do stretches whilst waiting for next turn.
Shuttle races with ball- high intensity.
