Technical Practices:
Two passing sequences, one developing on from the other.
1) simple pass, set, overlap and pass.
This introduces the notion of moving beyond the ball and get beyond the ball.
2) Movement of two DMs one moving toward the ball and the other going longer.
Coaching Points:
Speed of play but QUALITY above anything else.
1st touch, one touch play combination and weight of pass for overlapping player.

Organisation:
Server plays the ball into the CB who then plays out to the RB.
RB plays long into the ST's feet who sets back to one advancing DM.
DM now playing as a CM plays the pass into the channel for the advancing RB who delivers a variety of crosses into the box.
Coaching Points:
All players move away and back towards the ball, (creating space).
Quality, weight and accuracy of passing and crossing.
Movement off the ball at speed.
Competition between two teams, 1 point for cross in POMO area, 2 more on target attempt, 3 for goal scored.

$v4 + 4 Two Neutral Players inside the box and both Neutral Full Backs
Each team looks to possess the ball with at least 3 completed passes in the middle area
When the opportunity presents itself the ball is played out to a full back in either wide channel.
1 defending player can create a 1v1 in the wide area.
The Full Back in possession looks to advance into the shaded area to deliver a cross. This can be done via a combination with a player inside the middle area or by taking the defender on 1 v 1.
Once the ball is in the shaded area 2 teammates can attack the ball plus 1 Neutral player.
Opposite Full back should move into the central area to cover.
Coaching Points:
Comfortable in possession, movement off the ball, quality of passing and receiving (1st touch)
Attack at the right time and at speed
Good, clear communication
Varied delivery into the box.
Focus Area to Coach: Movement of front 3
