Football Problem
We struggled to create goal scoring opportunities once the ball was played into wide areas in the F3.
Session Objective
The objective of this session it to improve our wide combination play to create goal scoring opportunities by practicing/ identifying opportunities for 1v1, 2v1 overlap, 2v1 under-lap and low crossing to feet.
Five W's
What: We could not get our 2 and 5 and 8 and 10 to support our 7 and 11 in wide areas enough forcing them turn directly back or take the player on most of the time. There were opportunities to support and play with our 7 and 11.
Where: Final 3rd
Who: 2,5,8,10,7,11,9 7
When: In BP
Why: Players not moving up the field to support the 7 and 11 in wide area leaving them 1v1 or 2v1 in the opposition favor most of the time.
