Organisational / Instructions-

• Area 30yds x 20yds
• 10 mins
• Pair players up and number them 1 & 2 then bib each number the same colour. Number 1's start off inside the central marked area inside the pitch and number 2 players will stand on a cone on the perimeter. Players on the outside each have the ball and the players in the inside are without a ball.
• Coach will ask players inside the central marked area to perform a specific technique, for example: cushion the ball and play it back, by means of demonstration.  
• Starting off inside the central marked area. Player 1 will run toward his partner Player 2, who will feed the ball and then receive it. Player 1 will then will run back through the central marked area and go to a different player on the perimeter and repeat the process. After 60 seconds players will change position with their partner.

Organisational / Instructions

• 3 teams of 4
• Minimum of 3 touches before passing or scoring
• Receiving player inside the square must take a touch out the opposite side he received the ball in order for team to score a point.
