Passing Pattern - Up Back Through
Set up: Two channels 20-25 yards long with 3 yard gates on end.
Organization: Two players in center of each channel. 90 seconds per rotation
Activity: Players (1) on each opposite end of channel start with pass to highest player in channel (2) who lays the ball back to other central player (3). Player bends ball into path of player 1 who makes and overlapping run. Players 2 & 3 remain central and swtich roles.

Hornets
Three teams of 4 players each
Attacking team (Blue) plays 4v2. Resting defenders (Red) at center cone. Transition team (Yellow) players in each empty quadrant.
After 5 passes or split attacking team can play to any transition team player to earn a point. The rest of the transition team joins that quadrant and new defenders enters area after previous defender returns ("touch up") to center.
If defender wins the ball, he/she keeps possession in same grid. Previous attackers must "touch up" on center cone before defensive pair presses.

1-minute games x 6 repetitions with 1.5 minute rest x 2 sets

Shooting Progression 1-3 Combination
Player 1 passes to 2. Player 2 sets 3. Player 3 shoots. All 1 touch. Rotation - follow your pass
Progression 1: All passes on the ground
Progression 2: Player 2 clips ball for a volley

Progression II
Set-up: Two Grids -- Mirror each other.
One ball per group.
Each Player at the coorner and dribbles w/ speed to the (R) of the central cones, circling/turning back to line w/ ball under control. First player passes to next player in line and runs through the agility skill and returns to their same grop/line.
The progression continues for 3/4 mins of dynamic, fast-paced dribbling.
I'll lead the progressions.
Progressions: Turn w/ inside of Rt. foot -- Turn w/ Insode of Lt. foot -- Turn w/ outside of Rt. foot -- Turn w/ outside of Lt. foot. etc....
Coaching points:
Passing: Make eye contact w/ next player in line. Quality pass / Quality first touch.
Speed dribble -- Use your laces -- toe pointed down and slightly turned inside.
Small touches -- Close control
Tight/close turns around the center cones.
