This session is designed for our Zone 1 (U8-U12) first day of tryouts. With our youngest players we are looking for the following four items: (1) Speed - we would like our players to have either physical speed or speed of thought. Preferably both. (2) Intrinsic motivation - does the player want to be there, enjoy playing soccer, seem engages? (3) Willingness to learn, (4) Movement talent - some sort of athletic ability/ability to move.
