Organisation: Groups of Four. 2 balls per four to start in a 10x10 yard square ( 10 minutes total)
Detail: Players move ball around in one direction - no restrictiosn to start and try and keep both balls moving without any mistakes
Coaching Points: Timing, Pace and accuracy of pass are all key to speed of play.
Speed of thought....recognise receivers position, angle and tempo of the pass, keep it playable - increase tempo when needed based on other balls position or slow it down as neccesary- visiona dn awraeness of both balls
Progressions
Change direction of play on coaches whistle without ball stopping or any mistakes.
Add a third ball if ability allows
Condition that each ball can not go in the same direction for more than two passes.
Older and more accomplished players can be challenged with restrictions on touches if neccesary

Organisation: Same 10 x 10 yard square as before - 4 players on outside in pairs opposite each other with a ball between two - rest of players with a ball to dribble (use mulitple sqaures) (12 minutes total)
Detail: Partners on outside pass bal back and forth between them - no restrictiosn to start. Blue players have to dribble through centre of square and avoid colliding with passing balls. Passing players work on timing, accuracy and pace of passes and recognise need to increase tempo of pass based on dribblers or maybe taking a touch and changign angle of pass to miss them. Dribblers should have head up and recognise momenst to incraese tempo of dribble and acceearte or when to adjust angles and slow down based on apssing balls. Rotate middle players every minute.
Progressions: Limit outside players to two touch and challenge receiving qualities
Do not allow players on outside to pass only to partner- maximum two passes in a row between the two players, now they have to pass sideways to same side player or diagonally as well which increases communication - detail of passing tempo and angles distances pace and accuracy as well as challenging dribbler more.

Organisation: Area 25 yards long x 15 yards wide. 1v1 in a Central channel 5x 15 yards. 4v1 in end zones 10x15 yards. (15 minutes)
Detail: Rondo style game with transition. Coach plays ball into to one end zone 4v1 - three players must touch the ball and then wehen ready transfer abll to other end zone via central player who is in a 1v1 situation. If any blue wins it the three blues try and maintain possessiona nd all 9 reds try and woin it back immediately.
Progressions:
Central palyer can play back to end zone who played it to him and they play forward to other end zone.
Players can play it form one end zone to the toher but then must come back into central player and he can play forward again.
Players can rotate into central area- so end zone player can drop in and central player replaces them in end zone .
Coaching Points:
Speed of play... is timing, accuracy, pace of pass, when to increase tempo and play quickly, when to take a touch and pass to attract an opponent.
Keep angles and distances to use numerical superiority and get opponent chasing dont get too close and aide opponent and slow game down. One touch sometimes slows you down and does not aide shifting the opponent- use it to increase tempo especially when playing forward
Speed of Thought and vision and awareness is vital

Organisation: 5v5 plus GK's 2 teams on 1 team off- score a goal to win. Field size is two penalty areas (20-30 Mins total)
Detail: Once a team gains possesion they must all touch the ball within ten seconds- once all players have got a touch they can score on opponents goal. Winnign team stays on, no corners or throwins new ball played form keeper whose team would have possession.
Progressions: Once ball is in attacking half- can not be played back into defensive half ( we are in the goal area so shoot)
One touch finishes only to score.
Coaching Points:
Reitareate shape angles and distances to aide speed of play. Same points on timing, pace and accuracy of passing and now with attacking mentality and desire to hurt opponent when tempo of attacking play increases.
