Two groups: Coach Plays into team (Red)  Attacking Player looks to take a positive first touch into space, the Defender (Blue) Player looks to catch said player.

Create a scoring zone ( where players need to be in to look to strike the ball)

This can be adjusted to players needs.

If the goalkeeper or defender intercept the ball , they can look to dribble or pass into gates/pug nets for a point/goal.

After all attacking players have had a turn switch roles and switch Goalkeepers.

Progression 1: but a time limit on players 10 seconds to look to get in to the scoring zone  and get a shot off.

Progression 2: Play in a second ball after the first attempt allowing a 1 v 1
