Possession based game
Team in possession aim to complete 4 passes vs two defenders
After 4 passes ball can be transferred to other zone
Middle defednign team can intercept, if they do they look to play into mini goals
If ball reaches other side 2 defenders go in to win ball
If possession won defenders earn one point
If they can score in one of four mini goals they will earn 2 points
Play for 90 seconds then change defending team

Possession game
Aim of team in possession is to put together 6 passes
When 6 passes complete aim to play/ dribble to other grid.
If team wins ball they can look to play to other side immediatley. Team who gave ball away can counter press to win back.
Always have a 1v1 from each team in opposite grid. This will encourage hold up play, support runs and defending
Outside players play on two touch
