Players will work in three 4minute blocks (1-minute rest in between blocks)
It will be 4v2 in both boxes and when the defensive team (team of 2) win the ball their aim is to dribble the ball out of the box to earn a point. The team in possession have to complete 5 passes before passing the ball to the other half of the pitch. Every time the ball is moved to the other half of pitch the team with the ball will earn a point.

During the second block, the main focus is pressing quickly. As the defensive team, their aim is to close the space around the ball down quickly. If the blues win the ball back within 6 seconds of the ball being in that half and manage to then dribble the ball out of the box they earn a bonus point.

During the third block, the main aim is to protect the middle of the area. By protecting the middle it reduces the space the team in possession has to move the ball.

The main aim of the final block is to leave the player furthest away from the ball. When defending the overload it's key to leave the furthest player and apply pressure to the ball when it is a 4v2.

Recognise Opposition Movement (5 mins)
During the first block, the main focus is recognising the opposition's movement off the ball. When the two are closing down they also need to keep an eye on the players around them and where they are going so they can cut the passing lanes off when they are closing down.
