Organisation - 2 15 x 15 Grids & 7 Players (4v1 in middle and 3v1 on second grid)
2 Targets at either end.
Yellows within the internal square look to play the ball into the Targets.
Create space and maintain support as team to allow successful passing into the T's
Passing ( Type,How,When - into feet or Space) 2. Receiving (backfoot to play forward) 3. Movement of the ball ( Where & When) 4. Support ( where)
Organisation to allow pass into T's ( what to do when T's have the ball) Support Play (Movement)
Football Specific Movements (ABC) - Speed to beat players - Strength to keep hold of the ball ( Safe side/Shielding)
Communication Tell Team Mates what is around them - this will help yellow's to aid decision making on what they are going to do next. Listen to Team Mates (why).
What Pass to make in relation to the game. How to receive in relation the game
Establish an appropriate overload - Challenge the Yellows but keep the success rate high.
Type/weight/accuracy of pass.
Body Shape.
Movement of the ball.
Support play.
Progressions
Decrease the overload in the middle (3v2).
Add an amount the passes before going into the T's ( Increase support & Movement of the ball ) may stop them from playing forward.
If Yellows travel into the outside with the ball that can't be tackled.
Yellows who play the ball into T's have to replace T - also encourage movement.
If Blues win ball they play into T's until Yellows win the ball back.

4v4 and 3v3 due to numbers.
Focus is on passing and receiving tech.
Passing pattering ie diamond shape. Triangles for 3v3.
Touch on fluidity within structure. Movement of players within the formation ie diamond 1 - 2 -1.
X amount of passes is a point.
X amount of passes before shooting at goal.
"Shot" is to be a pass in to the goal to focus on standing foot for hitting target as well as other passing principles.
